Richborough are preparing an outline planning application for new homes on land at Frog Lane, Balsall Common. The site is being proposed by Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council to be removed from the Green Belt and allocated for up-to 110 dwellings in the emerging Solihull Local Plan.
